Except for the Eagles, the day was good. I struggled starting the BGE. I think I need to store the charcoal in a plastic tub if I’m going to continue to keep it in the basement.

I’m trying to decide on a grill to build next. Outdoor pizza oven or brick charcoal? I’m thinking pizza oven. I already have 2 different grills that use charcoal.
